alien contact & alien abduction
No two encounters with extraterrestrial intelligence are exactly the same. Each of my contact experiences varies based on its purpose—whether for healing, information transfer, or energetic upgrades. The signs below reflect the most common experiences, but contact doesn’t always mean physical abduction or being taken aboard a craft. Some interactions happen in the astral plane but physical contact has a greater impact and importance, especially when adjustments needed to be done to your biological body.
Here are key signs that may indicate you’ve had an ET contact. This information is compiled based on my experience, which I will describe after presenting the general information. Most visitations happen at night but in some rare cases you can have an encounter during the day. I experienced both.
In all cases you will have a sudden full body paralysis. The bio field of ET races is strong and the presence can immobilize you due to incompatibility of resonances or induced to keep you in place for certain work to be performed on you. Your body feels completely numb and immobile, as if frozen. If allowed you stay conscious, but most likely your mind will go blank.
For me, the evident sign on the upcoming visit would be an urgent and sudden sleepiness, inability keep your eyes open. On an instant, the consciousness turns off. You may be fully awake watching TV and the next second you can’t fight the urge to drift into sleep. Most work is being performed while you are unconscious to save your mind and psyche from trauma. In my scenarios, it happens if if I undergo etheric surgery, go to meetings with galactic councils, because I do some planetary work and oversee certain projects of high secrecy.
Another sign to watch for - change in room temperature and body temperature. From intense heat to intense cold. Fluctiations not to be missed. I don’t experience this anymore, as I am reading fluctuations of EMF now, and the increased vibrations in my body, like all particles inside speed up.
For the newbies: intense emotions ranging from fear, anger, anxiety to the total serenity & peace. I don’t experience extreme emotions no more, I am very neutral knowing that it will interfere with the contact. ETs of high spiritual development would have to protect themselves, these emanations cause their subtle bodies discomfort, damage and they create the bubble like protection similar to what energy healers do.
Pressure in the head, needle-like sensations in temples or back of head. These will later discussed in greater detail.
Pre-contact headaches or dizziness. I only have the feeling of room spinning or ceiling moving before I am taken in the astral body.
High pitched ringing in the ears. Or even a sensation of clicking inside the ear canal, among other fun uncomfortable feelings.
Electrical / technology devices glitching or malfunctioning. The air may feel charged with static electricity. It could feel thicker. Lights might start flickering. Digital clocks or phones might suddenly freeze, and you could experience physical sensations, such as your hair standing on end.
Seeing shadowy figures, glowing orbs, or light beams, or the blinding light fills up your whole space.
Partial or complete memory loss after the experience.
Smell. One sign is an unusual smell fills in your space, like ozone gas or sulfur. The presence of sulfur could indicate a presence of negative race.
Another clue is unexplained bodily markings, such as red dots arranged in triangles, scars, or bruises that appear without any clear cause.
Missing time or timeline jumps are another indicator. You might lose hours or moments without explanation.
Telekinesis. in some cases, you could find yourself in a different location, as if you were teleported before you lose your consciousness. You can't account wake up on the floor in the best case scenario or worst somewhere in the woods
Blurred vision upon waking is another possible sign.
If you had a small tour in space, shifting between dimensions can strain your eyesight, making it difficult to see clearly at first. While disorienting, your vision typically adjusts after a short period of time. (this will be described in another blog post) There is a damage to your optical nerve. Your eyesight will worsen over time, but it can also worsen rapidly.
By the age of 7, my eyesight was already at -5. By 18, it had deteriorated to -7.5 with astigmatism, through my mom took me to various eye therapy.
At 20 I underwent retinal detachment repair surgery. At 25, I underwent LASIK, only to need contacts again just two years later. My vision continues to worsen by 0.5 to 1 diopter each year, but due to my thin retina, I'm not eligible for another surgery.
Nosebleeds… I had them a lot when I was a child. There were only 2 instances when as an adult I woke up with my pillow stained in blood.
MY FIRST CLOSE ENCOUNTER
Aside from lucid dreams, OBE, visiting other realms, and my childhood memory of an alien craft landing and 3 beings examining me when I was 9, my first conscious physical contact occurred in 2023.
Since then I have been observing the appearance of alien ships around my house.

I am making my lunch in the kitchen when, suddenly, I hear a voice inside my head—one that is not mine. It is a mechanical male voice saying, "Lie down."
Obediently, I go to my bed. This isn't the first time I've had an experience like this. On August 13, 2023, I had a telepathic conversation during a dream. When I asked their names, they responded in a language that couldn't be translated into human speech. They mentioned something about "channels," but I didn’t understand what they meant.
So this time, the telepathy is happening in real-time—while I am fully awake.
I reach my bed, but somehow, I instinctively know to lie on my stomach, spreading my arms wide to both sides. The moment I do, I feel as if I am glued into place, frozen in that position.
Then, a loud screeching sound pierces my ears, followed by an intense, overwhelming pressure on my temples—like they are being clamped tightly. A powerful surge of energy floods inside the temples in short bursts. Each lasting up to 5 seconds, then a short pause.
On the third transmission, lasting only a few seconds, I telepathically say, "Please stop, I can't take it anymore!"
Instantly, it stops. The pressure releases, the energy vanishes, and I am able to move my body again.
They are gone.
I know there were three beings, yet I have no idea what they looked like. My face was down the entire time—but somehow, I just know they came as a group. As If I had eyes on my back, I just knew three of the alien species standing.
I get up and have some water, I feel ok for the rest of the day and I wrote down the experience in my diary.
September 6, 2023
I wake up to see two translucent beings standing at the foot of my bed. One is aligned with my face, touching my forehead. Though I can't see it, I know the other one is behind me.
Immediately, I feel paralyzed—but I have NO FEAR!
Though I am lying on my side, I feel my body being subtly shifted at an angle. I am not the one moving—they are.
Then, I feel an energy transmission at the base of my neck, right where the head meets the spine, and at the center of the back of my head—directly in that spot. This time, the sensation is even more intense than it was three weeks ago.
I don’t voice the discomfort that arises. It happens so quickly that before I can even think to ask them to stop, the transference ends on its own. A loud, high-pitched ringing floods my ears right after.
And just like that, they evaporate—disappearing before I can ask for any details.

I did my research on what those specific zones in the brain are responsible for.
In 2015, I had a peculiar medical case involving a suspected tumor on my pituitary gland. Even the most advanced medical centers in NYC were unable to determine the cause of my abnormality. Yet, within six months, the symptoms mysteriously disappeared.
But that is another story to tell.
Now let’s break down the regions of the brain I had work on done by extraterrestrials.

Hearing & Auditory Processing – They contain the primary auditory cortex, which processes sound and allows us to interpret speech and environmental noises.
Memory & Learning – The hippocampus, located within the temporal lobe, is essential for forming long-term memories. Damage to this area can cause memory loss or difficulty learning new information.
Language Comprehension – The left temporal lobe (specifically Wernicke’s area) helps us understand spoken and written language.
Emotion & Perception – The amygdala, also located in the temporal lobe, plays a key role in processing emotions, especially fear and pleasure.
Spiritual & Mystical Experiences – Some research suggests that stimulation of the temporal lobes (through meditation, electromagnetic waves, or even spontaneous neural activity) can induce mystical experiences, a sense of presence, or even telepathic-like sensations.
Occipital Lobe (Located at the back of the head, home to the visual cortex)
The occipital lobe is responsible for vision processing and includes:
Primary Visual Cortex (V1) – The first area in the brain that receives and processes visual information from the eyes. It detects basic elements like light, dark, edges, and motion.
Visual Recognition – The occipital lobe helps identify faces, objects, and colors by sending information to other brain regions for interpretation.
Dream Imagery & Visual Hallucinations – The visual cortex is also linked to dreaming, imagination, and even certain hallucinations, which could explain why some people see geometric patterns, flashes of light, or even beings during altered states of consciousness.
Coordination of Eye Movements – Helps the brain process depth, motion, and spatial awareness.
Connection Between These Areas & Your Experience
The temporal lobes are linked to telepathic perception, inner auditory phenomena, and emotional processing, which could explain the mechanical voice and telepathic messages you received.
The occipital lobe, responsible for vision and imagery, may be involved in the energetic transmissions you felt at the back of your head. If stimulated, this area can produce visual flashes, colors, or even a heightened perception of non-physical entities.
It could indicate some form of neuro-energetic activation, whether external (from the beings) or internal (your own brain responding to stimuli).

I wake up to the sensation of my bed vibrating beneath me.
At the foot of my bed, three shadowy humanoid figures stand near my legs. The room is pitch dark, and I can’t see their faces.
They are no more than 5.5 feet tall—the one in front stands slightly forward, while the other two remain behind him. Their bodies are sleek and slender, with no visible hair.
The one in the front starts to speak and I just understand!!! Pure telepathic mind -to-mind communciation.
To give a summary: I learned about my implants and the rays as they call them. You see, negative aliens would never reveal or explain where you have implants or why they are there. These interactions I have are open and no hidden agenda. I just happen to be one of them, the alien in the human body…
There is a reason I am retaining awareness and understanding what’s going on most times. It’s important I do, I am ready, this is how I perceive. It was also carefully pre planned.
One implant is located in my head, it’s both a gps tracker and information recorder sends all my movements and interactions up to the motherboard for analysis. They say it’s automatic and no activation is needed.
The other inclusion is what they call the ray Omega, located in the center of my chest, to work with people , for healing purposes.It activates only when I work from my open heart. It’ s green and has metaphysical properties similar what crystal have. It’s a frequency basically of a specific spectrum.
The last one is mine, for me - looks like a laser beam to manipulate energy in the quantum, to carve grids???
I haven't mastered it yet. They hinted I have to discover and remember how to use it myself.
NOTE: There were many mystical signs before the actual visitations. I had telekinesis twice, I had lights turning on and off, I developed psychic abilities without practicing, many times I woke up from the jolts as if being thrown into my body or bed, vibrations inside me. and then those dreams and astral projections.
NOTE: Did it affect my personal life, my job? It changed everything. This is another story. But I am mentally stable, that’s all I want to say. I am just different and you don’t need to believe my stories. I am writing this primarily to help other people with similar experiences and of course, connect with other star souls. I have a job to do, if I don’t I will be coming back to my home soon. I don’t have ties here. I haven’t accumulated earth karma.
