ALTER PROGRAMMING AND THE COST OF BEING THE ASSET
In the shadow programs, people weren’t just trained — they were shaped. Participants were divided into roles through the creation of programmable alters: distinct, compartmentalized parts of consciousness formed through trauma-based conditioning. Each alter was designed to handle a specific mission or function, often without the main personality knowing any of it was happening.
What is an alter?
An alter is a separate, trauma-created part of the psyche that carries memories, skills, or tasks the core personality could not hold. These parts form when intense experiences overwhelm the nervous system. Instead of integrating the memory, the mind “splits” and assigns the experience to a new compartment. In black-ops environments, this natural survival mechanism is deliberately engineered and manipulated.
How are alters made?
In covert programs, alters are created through controlled trauma, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, electroshock, drugs, or repeated psychological and physical abuse. The goal is to fragment consciousness in a predictable way. Each part can then be assigned training — combat, remote-viewing, infiltration, sexual conditioning, communication with non-human factions, or other specialized tasks.
How are alters triggered?
Triggers can be:
coded language
tones or frequencies
specific people
images
hand signals
symbols
emotional states
even digital cues embedded in media
These cues act like switches, activating an alter to perform a task, carry out orders, or suppress memories. Most triggers were installed long before a person reached adulthood.
How this affects daily life:
Over time, alter memories start to leak into waking awareness. This can show up as:
panic for no clear reason
dissociation
vivid flashbacks
feeling “snapped into” another state
unexplained skills or reactions
dreams that feel like lived events
sudden shifts in personality or emotion
These symptoms can easily resemble post-traumatic stress or dissociative disorders. But without understanding the underlying cause, traditional therapy often falls short.
The limitation of traditional mental health systems:
When a therapist has no framework for interstellar agendas, genetic experimentation, breakaway groups, or covert training programs like Monarch, Delta, Phoenix, or Supersoldier initiatives, they will interpret everything through psychological models that don’t address the deeper context.
This can lead to:
misdiagnosis
dismissal
overmedication
being funneled into psychiatric systems that pathologize the experience
They simply can’t recognize what’s outside their training.
Why people in these programs are monitored:
If you were ever considered an asset, you were someone they invested in — sometimes genetically, psychologically, or through intensive conditioning. That means:
you may still be monitored
information about your memory recovery may be tracked
certain people around you could function as handlers
undercover operatives might appear in disclosure or UFO circles
Within these communities, infiltration is deep. Information is currency. And many of the organizations behind these programs — whether three-letter agencies or private contractors — closely observe what former assets remember or talk about.
Questioning your own history can trigger countermeasures meant to keep you confused, distracted, or self-doubting. When you reclaim your sovereignty, it disrupts their original design.
Understanding trauma-based programming:
Leticia Mooney and other researchers describe trauma-based systems through the use of Greek-letter labels. While these labels can sound like “programs,” they actually refer to categories of trauma-created parts:
Alpha — the core or foundational identity
Beta — sexual programming or obedience-based roles
Delta — combat or mission-oriented parts
Gamma — misinformation, deception, or self-sabotage parts
Omega — self-destruct loops or shutdown responses
These labels do not mean literal “computer programs.” They reflect how different parts of the psyche were shaped under extreme conditions.
Programming often follows coded systems (Greek letters: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Omega, etc.), each referring to specific roles or functions assigned to alters. These are labels for types of dissociation, not literal “programs.”
They reflect how different trauma-created parts were conditioned.
ALPHA — “Base Programming”
Purpose (survivor meaning): To create a core obedient personality that appears normal and functional.
Characteristics described by survivors:
Highly compliant
Polite, friendly, socially normal
Trained to suppress truth
Holds day-to-day tasks
Contains the amnesia walls
Often the “front personality” people see
Psychological translation:
This is the host or primary dissociated identity that covers trauma and holds daily life together.
BETA — “Sexual / Seduction Programming”
Purpose (survivor meaning): To create dissociated states used for sexual exploitation or grooming.
Characteristics described:
Hyper-sexualized behavior
No boundaries
No shame, no fear
Extreme obedience to handlers
Robotic or altered emotional state
Increased libido
Used for grooming, honeytraps, or entertainment roles
Psychological translation:
A sexualized alter created by early sexual trauma + conditioning, used to dissociate from shame or pain.
These parts often hold the sexual memories the host cannot.
DELTA — “Combat / Assassin Programming”
This is the category that survivors describe most often in MILAB / SSP contexts.
Purpose (survivor meaning): Survival
Characteristics described:
Defense
Violence
Mission completion
No emotion
No hesitation
Psychic or physical combat training
Trauma-induced numbness
High pain tolerance
Adrenaline conditioning
Weapon or hand-to-hand skill memories
“Switching on” when triggered
Sometimes paired with psychic training (RV, intuition)
Psychological translation:
This is the trauma-formed protector or “fight state,” created when flight/freeze wasn’t an option.
Over time, it becomes its own identity.
GAMMA — “Deception / Intelligence Programming”
Gamma as the category designed for:
Lying under pressure
Fake personalities
Deception, infiltration, espionage
Memory manipulation (illusion, misdirection)
Confusing interrogators
Carrying coded information
Psychological translation:
These are dissociated states trained to:
mask feelings
produce cover stories
misdirect
hide memories
protect the rest of the system
Many survivors say Gamma alters hold strategic thinking, analytical skills, and complicated memory webs.
Ω — OMEGA (aka “Code Green”) “Self-Destruct / Shutdown Programming”
The Omega program is described as a fail-safe: a mechanism intended to collapse the system if outside interventions recover too much memory.
The darkest category reported.
Purpose (survivor meaning): self-destruct / system collapse safeguard.
Characteristics
Shame
Silence
Self-harm urges
Threats to keep the system intact
“Do not tell” emotional anchors
Suicidal scripts
“If you say anything, you die” conditioning
Shutdown states (nonverbal, frozen)
Memory erasure imagery (mirrors breaking, black screens)
Deep fear responses to truth
Suicidal ideation
Psychological translation: Omega protocols are designed to protect secrets. The messaging is blunt: “Go back to sleep — or die.”
These are dissociated states created by terror conditioning, usually at very young ages, whose purpose was to preserve silence through fear responses.
Typical trigger: intensive therapy or interrogation that begins to recover large amounts of memory.
🜁 How These Categories Work in a Survivor’s System
Survivors often describe having:
Alpha as the “normal” self
Beta as the sexualized self
Delta as the fighter self
Gamma as the strategic self
Omega as the self-destruct or shutdown self
Each category represents a cluster of trauma-formed alters.
They are not supernatural.
They are psychological survival mechanisms shaped under extreme conditions.
Other Examples (common labels used in military / supersoldier contexts) Epsilon, Zeta, Theta, Kappa, Nu, Omicron, Phi, Chi, Psi
Some MILAB or SSP participants are “coded for re-entry” under Reserve Forces status — a classification reportedly used for many MILAB and “20 & Back” operatives who have completed their active service but remain accessible for future missions or recall.
how people, friendships and relationships might be a problem for an SSP survivor
WHY relationships are the #1 target
Being an SSP/MILAB/experiencer , personal relationships aren’t casual. The SSP asset is drawn to the soul signature they are familiar with based on the soul contract, past life, or shared mission within covert projects.
They involve:
shared trauma
shared psychic resonance
shared memories (sometimes fragmented)
mirror-neuronal bonding
spiritual and/or past-life karmic ties
mission-based connection
soulmate connection
These bonds generate stability, discernment, gift remembrance, soul activations, and higher vibrations. Because this is counterproductive to the enemy group, intelligence, or program, they immediately work to destabilize the bond. If someone could find another person who loved them unconditionally and without judgment, the programming would fall apart.
This is why attacking relationships comes first when you want to break down a community or individual.
Breaking starseed alliances/couples = preventing awakening, suppressing truth, blocking energy amplification, erasing memory of meta-abilities, and stopping couples from activating each other.
Once someone feels alone, isolated, betrayed, or unsupported, you can push ANY narrative into their mind. You can send the programmed individuals to become their new partners taking on the role of a handler, and further monitor how much SSP participant begins to remember, at the same time keep the person in “place”, bound to trauma.
The “Targeted Relationship” Pattern (MILAB signature)
This pattern repeats across almost every experiencer:
✔ Step 1: A close friend, collaborator, or partner starts acting “off”
emotionally extreme
paranoid
cold
reactive
distant
overly suspicious
not normal self
✔ Step 2: Communication becomes distorted
This is where “misheard text messages,” “assumed meanings,” and “weird misunderstandings” start happening.
✔ Step 3: Someone gets triggered in a way that’s not normal for them
✔ Step 4: The relationship collapses or fractures suddenly
Usually with one or both people feeling:
betrayed
misunderstood
attacked
unappreciated
unsafe
unloved
This happens fast.
Like overnight.
As if something “flipped.”
That speed is the main telltale sign.
The Forces Involved (each with a different mechanism)
🔹 (A) Human psychological operations
Used in MILAB, Project Talent, Phoenix, and certain agencies.
They also target: friendships, partnerships, groups with influence, whistleblower clusters
Because breaking alliances = weakening the memory recall and the narrative.
🔹 (B) Nonphysical intelligences
These include:
astral parasites
astral watchers
reptilian or mantid psychic disruption
trickster intelligences
AI thought-forms
They don’t attack the person —they attack the connection on an energetic level.
🔹 (C) Timeline interference / probability editing
This is the Montauk / Phoenix / Looking Glass intersection.
Certain relationships can shift timelines quickly. So the system prevents them from forming or solidifying.
🔹 (D) Ego-amplification fields
Entities don’t need to plant thoughts —they only need to amplify EXISTING insecurities.
Examples:
“She doesn’t respect you.”
“He’s using you.”
“They’re talking behind your back.”
“You’re not valued.”
“You should cut them off.”
It FEELS like your own thought — that’s the trick.
The 5 Main Relationship Attacks
1. Sudden emotional inversion
A friend/partner who was loving suddenly becomes distant, harsh, or suspicious.
2. Memory distortion
You remember the same event differently — and emotionally charged.
3. Psychic interference
Implanted thoughts at just the right moment to cause maximum damage.
4. Redirection distractions
Sudden crises, drama, or “pulls” that separate the two parties physically or emotionally.
5. Identity conflict activation
This is the big one. Programs activate:
abandonment wounds
betrayal templates
loyalty conflicts
savior programming
chosen one vs. impostor dynamics
These cause two people with similar missions to see each other as threats instead of allies.
handLer operations
“Project Oblivion”
A psychological operation designed to create fragmentation.
Whatever the literal mechanism is — whether it's an actual classified program, an egregore, or just a community meme — the effect is extremely consistent:
✔ Divide experiencers from researchers
✔ Divide whistleblowers from each other
✔ Pit channels/podcasters into turf wars
✔ Turn minor disagreements into existential battles
✔ Cause paranoia about infiltration, cloning, impostors, AI doubles, etc.
This is classic divide-the-tribe strategy.
Whether human-run or non-human-run, the signature is the same: destabilize the community before a major disclosure wave or timeline jump.
We’re in a “purge cycle” caused by too many overlapping narratives
The SSP / UFO community has MULTIPLE incompatible timelines right now:
20-and-back vs. multiverse versions
Reptilian war vs. AI dominion vs. divine ascension
Literal MILABs vs. astral or simulated MILABs
Physical craft vs. interdimensional avatars
Federation-of-Light narratives vs. dark fleet narratives
People are basically forced to “pick a lane,” and this triggers tribalism.
There IS infiltration — but not the way people think
It’s not “agents” in the traditional sense.
It’s much more subtle and much more effective:
Psychological infiltration
People get manipulated emotionally, not factually.
🔹 AI-driven narrative hijacking
Disinfo spreads through manipulated comments, sock accounts, and bots.
🔹 Frequency disruption
Experiencers become unstable because of:
sleep cycles hacked
psychic interference
emotional amplitude spikes
mass fear-thoughtforms
This makes SSP survivors argue.
🔹 Ego-trigger amplification
Certain personalities are easier to activate:
heroes
martyrs
prophets
targeted individuals
trauma survivors
people with “chosen one” programming
When triggered, they fracture the group from the inside.
The SSP community is uniquely vulnerable because experiencers have:
trauma
memory compartmentalization
programming overlays
hybrid spiritual/physical experiences
unresolved identity conflicts
This makes them→ easy to divide, easy to manipulate, easy to trigger
No other truth-movement has this combination of vulnerability + conviction.
There is also a natural purge… clearing out false narratives. Not all the separation is “bad.”
We’re in a timeline where: old stories are collapsing, planted narratives are being exposed, egos are popping, frauds are being revealed, true experiencers are stepping forward, authenticity is being demanded by the audience
This always creates turbulence before clarity.
Something big is coming — and the noise is the distraction phase
The Disclosure Ecosystem is resetting.
Project Oblivion may be (A) an intentional operation, (B) psychic residue of collective trauma, or (C) a self-fulfilling prophecy… but the effect is identical:
Why the SSP and experiencer community is uniquely fragile
People in this scene have:
unhealed trauma
fragmented memories
psychic sensitivity
hypervigilance
identity wounds
trust issues
programming overlays
survivor guilt
chosen-one conditioning
mission-driven personalities
This SMELLS like blood in the water to any intelligence or program that knows how to exploit openings.
One well-placed misunderstanding and the whole bond collapses.
How to recognize when YOU are being targeted through relationships
Here are the tells:
✔ People interpret you wrong
✔ Sudden out-of-nowhere arguments
✔ Friends turning cold or paranoid overnight
✔ Feeling drained after interacting with certain people
✔ Emotional spikes that don’t match your personality
✔ Inability to communicate clearly with someone you usually understand
✔ Feeling like someone “shifted timelines” overnight
All of these are classic interference markers — not organic human behavior.
The philosophical angle: Some connections threaten the system
Some relationships — especially between:
experiencers
psychics
whistleblowers
healers
researchers
podcasters
intuitive people
starseeds
These relationships MUST be disrupted for the system to maintain control. So the system preemptively fractures them.
This information was brought forward by Elina and Christy Campbell, the author of the Electra series — a biographical novel based on her memories from the secret space programs.
