THE ROLE OF GENETICS FOR STARSEED SOULS

Every planet sustaining life possesses an etheric layer where consciousness develops and evolves, embodying all states of matter—from mineral to plant, to animal, and beyond. This etheric sphere is intricately linked with the planetary matrix, as it is within this same matrix that a seed-consciousness will grow. Once consciousness, or an Is-Be, matures, it reaches stage two, where it can choose to expand its experience by incarnating on other worlds within different planetary matrices. This choice defines a "Starseed."

Stage three occurs when an Is-Be decides to stop incarnating and merges back into Source. The term "Starseed" applies to any Is-Be who opts to experience incarnation in another planetary matrix for personal reasons. However, when this decision is part of a collective plan with a specific mission, the Starseed is referred to as an "Envoy."

The home is the planetary matrix where the seed-consciousness was first planted and grew, although ultimately, being a fractal of Source. Early Envoys were sent to Earth in the past, often recognized as "spiritual" or "ascended" masters, with the mission of helping humanity emerge from the Dark Ages.

Today, individuals with O- and O+ blood types are considered ideal matches for reptilian beings, such as Reptilians and many Grays. This makes those with O blood types the most frequently targeted for alien hybridization agendas, as their blood is believed to have alien origins.

However, O(-D) blood is especially valued due to its off-world origin. O(-D) blood is linked to the Anunnaki, carrying their vibration and high psychic abilities, which may explain why those with this blood type are often targeted for abductions. Additionally, individuals with O(+D) blood are easier to abduct because their energy fields can more easily shift density.

The Anunnaki, being interdimensional beings, possess DNA that carries the innate powers and abilities of their collective, making their blood highly sought after by the Nebu Grays, who are constantly attempting to unlock the unique codes found in Earth-humans.

DNA has its own frequency codes, which are detectable.

For instance, the blood type O was brought by the Royal Anunnaki (Anakh), the Immortals who were a mix of reptiloid Tall Gray race and T-Ashkeru from Sirius B ) and the protein (Rh) D was added for interbreeding compatibility with other species. I developed these points in further details in my first book "A Gift From The Stars". Knowing that a genetic signature generates precise frequency codes, you only need to have an appropriate survey scanner to measure it. I saw one of these devices onboard a ship of the Council of Five. I was shown a discoidal keyboard set on a pedestal facing a translucent wall. (Elena Danaan)

The wall in front of us transformed into a screen displaying a holographic map of planet Earth. Annax pressed some keys on the disk, explaining to me at the same time that he was selecting different blood types. Depending what blood type was selected, multicolored clouds of dots appeared on the map. The precision could go very far in researching the exact percentages for genetic match. Once a compatible bloodline was identified, they could awaken its potential by activating some specific strands of its DNA, and as well enhance it by increasing the extraterrestrial genetic input. These operations of course require a series of abductions, which are not traumatic or harmful in any way. It is all done with the greatest respect. The reason why it is the Council of Five and not the Galactic Federation of Worlds who conducts the practical aspect of this program, can be explained as such: in order to avoid any trauma for the subject, the abduction needs to happen in an unconscious state.

Note: My Blood Marker is type O I was both abducted and visited by off world entities. I had the first physical visit at the age of 7. There is more to the story… For the 30 years of my life, I thought it was a dream but my memories slowly came back after activation. I remember the type of spacecraft, time, physical location and my age.

D: How do they keep track of someone? People move around so much.

How can they locate them?

B: They are able to perceive your mental emanations. And your aura is very visible to them. Plus some of these individuals are highly developed enough to perceive on higher planes than humankind can. So once they know what your aura and your higher self and your mental emanations look like, it's very easy to track you down, because everybody is unique, and no two people are alike. They have machines that help with this. They put the information into the machine, and tell it to scan this planet. Where is this person with thus-and-such type of aura, thus-and-such type mental emanations? And the machine zeros in on the location.

D: Then they didn't have to do anything to her physical body in order to find her.

B: They don't have to do anything physical to her body every time. Now the first time they contacted her when she was a child of nine, they did inoculate her. Rather like a vaccination, you could say. It's hard to explain.

D: I'm thinking of a shot or something like that.

B: Yes, it's very similar to that. And sometimes this inoculation will leave a scar or some sort of marking on the skin. They inoculate a substance into the body that helps heighten the perceptions. It helps make the person more sensitive to asper abilities, because those abilities are very important in the galactic community.

ENVOY’S BLOODLINE

The first wave arrived in the 1960's, just after this planet had shifted into its darkest age.

Agreement were just signed between the Military Industrial Complex and the Nebu, committing to unspeakably sell-out Humanity to galactic slave traders and powerful aggressive extraterrestrial empires. Everything changed. In response, the allies of Humanity started programs on the ground to help humans of Earth build their own defenses.

The large-scale Envoy Program of incarnating extraterrestrial souls into Earth human bodies was given full power. But it was not done randomly. A special blood-DNA frequency match was required for each race that incarnated. The higher in frequency an ET being, the more specifically the human vessel needed to be prepared. This is why compatible genetic bloodlines having the ability to be quickly enhanced by DNA activation and sometimes, if required, hybridization to strengthen the genes, were sought for immediate and future reincarnations.

Firstly, the hosting bloodline needs to have a minimum frequency ratio matching with the incarnating being, and this occurs via DNA. A minimum percentage of matching DNA means that for instance, a soul from the Errahel planetary soul matrix shall incarnate between a flesh vehicle and an incarnating soul, the alchemy doesn't work.

The Envoys, or more commonly called "Starseeds", must incarnate into a bloodline in which descendants are already hybrids of the same species. For example, the Pleiadian Ahil will incarnate mostly into Scandinavian bloodlines, Aramani into Indian bloodlines, etc.

You need to have a DNA match or the frequency doesn't lock in, and both the host body and the being will suffer. DNA carries frequential memory and once activated, it transmits its potential to the next generation and so on.

W: Yes, he's going to interact. He's going to be required on more inner levels, rather than on outer levels, to interact with different species that he's never seen before. And it's important he has in his memory, in his experience, these things. It's important he has his conscious awareness to be aware he is working with these other individuals that it will not get in the way. It will not hamper what he actually has to accomplish in working with these other species. Because he was also another species, and that's what he has to remember.

D: Can you tell me more about these other species he's going to be working with?

W: They'll be non-humanoid. Some of them will be Light beings humanoid looking. There will be non-humanoid species and evolutions that will require information he has, and they'll be anything imaginable. Some we've not seen will be amphibious based. It's important that he had that recollection with that life as an amphibian because he'll be primarily interacting with them.

D: Will this be a conscious interaction?

W: No. He'll have memories. It's not a conscious recollection of memories. They'll surface. They'll be just under the surface. He'll be working with them. He's chosen to keep many of these things separate in his waking awareness in this life because it would impede some of these things he actually has to do. He's actually taking information he's learning here and sharing with other evolutions. Some of them are faced with very similar experiences as Earth is going through now.

D: So they will be interacting with him on a different level?

(Yes) But he may remember bits and pieces?

W: That's correct.

D: Are they like dreams?

W: They'll come to him in waking awareness. But he won't remember the entire interaction. He'll remember bits and pieces. It's in his "plan" to develop a sense of trust.

There'll be other things that he'll deal with later. He's being asked to only do what he's been asked to do on this Earth with minimal recollection.

He volunteered to participate in the ways that he has participated. Some were for genetic in-formation. He is ending the line of genetics because he's not having children. And there's information in his genetics that's important. So that's the reason for the extensive sampling that's being done, simultaneously on many organ types. We realize that his recollection of this has caused some trauma. We're correcting.

D: I want to understand exactly what you mean. Is it certain organ types?

W: Yes. Spleen, liver, multiple points in soft tissue, cartilage. Samples were taken from William when he was young because he's ending a genetic line. He's not having children. They were very small genetic samples. No harm was done.

D: What are they going to do with those samples they took?

W: They'll store them. They'll be used later. There's information in his genetics that's needed.

D: What will they be used for later?

W:Seeds.

D: Seeds in the way that I understand in my work? (Yes) They say that's the way life began on Earth, wasn't it?

(Yes) They said it was just single cells.. and I asked them one time, "Where did the cells come from?" They said they collect them everywhere. It's necessary to protect them. Fear is rampant here on Earth

D: But the cells, the tissues or whatever was taken is stored?

W: Correct. Then replicated. It will be used where it is needed for adaptation and survival. Because it carries valuable information.

D: Adaptation if the environment changes as it has on Earth? (Correct) Then somewhere else the species will know how to adapt.

W: Not only on harsh environments, but initial seeding projects.

D: I had another case where a woman said they were taking her eggs and storing them. And it was not for her now. but it was for her in the future. (Chapter 29 of The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth) I didnt understand what that meant. Can you explain that? s that along the same line?

W: Hers were for an entirely different location..specific. She also had something unique. It satisfied a specific circumstance.

D: I asked, "Would that mean she couldn't produce eggs in the future?" And they said it would be different. (Yes) So this would be for the future?

W: Yes. There is work being done. It is a three way splice.

That's all I can say. It's not for you to know yet.

D: There are many different programs the beings are involved in. Is that correct?

W: Yes, that he's involved with.

D: But he's not supposed to be aware of this consciously?

W: He remembers already what he needs to know.

D: Will it do any harm for him to listen to this recording and hear this information? (No) We never want to do anything that would harm anyone. He wanted to know what his plan is, what he came to Earth to do.

W: He's doing it. He's gathering information, In his experiences he connects with many, many different people, different walks of life. He's a conduit of this information, It's being used in different places. His career is irrelevant. He can change if he chooses. We'll support him in whatever he chooses.

Personal Note: To my surprise I am a beckon too, and information collector. I was directed and experienced crazy events in my lifetime. I mentioned about my “anthenna “ before, I am being very honest here, vulnerable to share this kind of stuff but I want to bring awareness that your reality is not what it seems. You have been lied for generations. The humanity has been living alongside with extraterrestrials, influenced by on way or another.

By 1995, approximately 72,000 Envoys had incarnated or "walked in," trading places with the original soul by mutual agreement. By 2024, that number has likely doubled, if not more. Many starseeds, however, have fallen into the earthly trap set by the negative ETs that rule here, becoming ensnared in the game of separation and ego. Despite this, deep inside, they sense that something is amiss. They feel a profound remorse for their own deception and illusion, and they feel they have come here to accomplish something grand and important.

All across the planet, there is a growing number of children who spontaneously speak of previous lives, and know things that they seemingly could not know.

In the last 5-10 years, a more "designed" wave of volunteers has begun to arrive, born with intact memories and a strong remembrance of purpose. These children often speak ancient languages or light languages native to their star systems. They know exactly where they come from and why they are here, which is truly fascinating.
