The term “Starseed” describes a soul that originated in another galaxy, star system, and planet, which was reincarnated into a human body to complete a specific task agreed upon between the soul and the higher Galactic Councils.
This mission can involve technological advances, bringing ancient knowledge and wisdom, activating Earth time portals and Arcs, teaching the art of healing , or simply serving as an antenna or beacon. All of this aligns with a specific energy signature and the soul agreement.
Several factors prompted our Galactic ET Neighbors to intervene in an attempt to halt humanity's path of self-destruction and save the planet, which itself has consciousness and has been suffering for millions of years. Humans have been stripped of their sovereignty and free will, becoming slaves to negative alien races that took control and governed all systems.
There are over 150,000 nuclear weapons on this planet, with plutonium that remains deadly for 12,000 years. Humans are the only species in the Sol system that kill their own and the only ones to mine natural resources on the home Planet while polluting the atmosphere.
Classification of Planet Earth and the Solar System:
Solar System and Planet: e.g Sol-Terra 3 (Sol System is the name of our Solar System, and Terra 3 is the name allocated to our habitable, oxygen based planet.
There are a total of 27 planets in our Solar System, some of which are not visible because they exist in a 5th density or higher frequency bandwidth.
The detonation of the Hiroshima bomb in 1945 not only devastated Earth but also sent shockwaves through the cosmos, affecting other planets with harmonious spiritual societies. Despite their strict directive of non-interference, these civilizations recognized the need to act. To adhere to their principles of “No open physical contact”, they created the Envoy Program.
Despite this, there were physical visits to certain world leaders, offering assistance to mitigate the aftermath, surrender nuclear weapons, and introduce spiritual education programs, advanced medical technology, free Zero point energy, quantum communication systems. ANDROMEDA COUNCIL: ZENATE ALLIANCE

Initially, the Andromedan Council was reluctant to intervene in saving the Terrans due to the atrocities occurring on Earth—horrendous acts of violence, aggression, hatred, fear, and low morals. As advanced souls primarily residing in the 6th density, they are 5,000 Earth years ahead of us in evolution. However, the Pleiadians approached them and requested assistance, seeking to redeem themselves for a past mistake: 117,000 years ago, they abandoned humanity during a war, leaving the human race in the hands of the Alpha Draconians and the Orion Greys. Atlantis had been their ET colony, but they fled and never took responsibility for the abandonment.
Now, they seek to make amends and heal their own galactic karma.

Andromeda Ahel: participate in military operations conducted by the Galactic Federation of World space fleet.
Andromeda Xygon from EYY- EYN system - Planet 2. Living up to 2000 years, a Lyran Ahel colony from the Man system, a small group reincarnating through the Andromedan Envoy Program, and also sent troops to join in the operation of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.
Andromeda Yahuel from Gogamar System, Planet YENKORAT. Participate both in military operations and the Envoy Program.
Andromeda Zenate from Titawin System, Planet ZENAE. The elders of the Zenate can reach up to the 12th density, their primary focus is on learning. They created the Andromedan Council, also known as Zenatean Alliance, which includes over 140 highly evolved nations. The Zenate are known for their ability to transform moons and asteroids into spacecraft. They are the ones who established the Envoy Program for Terra.

HOW SOULS ARE SELECTED FOR THE ENVOY PROGRAM
Each soul is sovereign and therefore it can’t be sent out on a mission by force or command. This is not how Higher spiritual council operate. There is respect and love for all sentient beings, as fractals of Source , the Infinite Intelligence.
Envoy souls are all volunteers. It is call. But not all souls are selected. As a soul you put in a request to perform much service as be incarnate in lower densities and help with whatever you are being tasked with, in this case coming to planet Earth and inhabit a biological human avatar having a full or partial amnesia of who you are or why you are here. That’s why there is a lingering ache and emotional turmoil within many souls with alien soul matrix.
To be accepted into the Envoy Program you do need to meet conditions: be courageous and mature in soul’s development, because this is not for the vulnerable and immature, because it’s too dangerous and difficult. it requires tremendous courage.
Then they go though medical testing and meetings with the Councils, because there is a decision-making step: where you incarnate, what part of the world, what mission depending on your abilities, and of course which bloodline. WHAT IS A STATIS POD
The original physical vessels on the home alien planet of the envoy are kept in what is called stasis pods. They are vertical pods, most of the time….Since these vessels in stasis pods do not have light bodies that connect to source, it is necessary that they are maintained using source energy for maximum preservation.” (Elena Danaan :The Seeders”). The pod is filled with life -support gel to maintain the body and part of your consciousness is connected to the quantum technology that sends resonance to the portal, to the human brain of the body you will be residing in, on Earth. It’s a complicated system. That’s why enjoys within their lifetime get parts of the memory reactivated.
In this situation, your existence is temporarily paused. You embarked on a mission and will eventually return to your original body, which is another avatar. This avatar aligns with the frequency of your soul matrix because it is where you truly belong.
The original avatar body in the pods is never placed or stored on the spacecraft. It has to be well protected especially in the galactic space where there are different forced fighting for the territories or liberation in case of the Galactic Federation, Earth Alliance and Intergalactic Councils.
