Upgraded by Contact: The Brain After ET Encounter
In this article, I explore the possible alterations in brain function and cognitive abilities that may follow alien abduction or close contact with extraterrestrial intelligence. These changes appear especially prominent in encounters with benevolent, advanced races—those here to assist and uplift humanity. Please note: this may not apply to covert military abduction programs (MILABs), which are entirely different in nature and intention.
“Topographic Brain Mapping of UFO Experiencers” by Norman S. Don and Gilda Moura. Published in the Journal of Scientific Exploration, this research involved a cohort of Brazilian individuals who reported UFO contact or abduction experiences. The study focused on their ability to voluntarily enter altered states of consciousness or trance, which reportedly developed spontaneously after their encounters.
Key Findings:
During these self-induced trance states, participants exhibited high-frequency (beta) brain activity across all 19 electrode sites, with maximum activity in the prefrontal regions.
Notably, there were intermittent trains of rhythmic activity around 40 Hz (gamma waves) with high amplitudes, sometimes exceeding 40 microvolts.
This 40 Hz activity was significantly more pronounced during trance states compared to baseline measurements, suggesting a state of hyperarousal.
The dominant alpha frequency also increased during trance, further indicating heightened brain activity.
Importantly, there was no evidence of epileptiform discharges or clinical indications of epilepsy or psychopathology in the participants.
The researchers noted that these EEG patterns during trance states were distinct from those observed in advanced meditative states practiced by experienced yogis and mystics. While similarities existed, the UFO experiencers demonstrated a unique ability to sustain these high-frequency brain wave patterns voluntarily, a trait not commonly found even among seasoned meditators.
These findings suggest that individuals reporting contact or abduction experiences may undergo measurable neurophysiological changes, particularly in their capacity to enter and maintain altered states of consciousness characterized by specific brain wave patterns.
There was a neuroscience study on Chris Bledsoe’s brainwaves. Chris Bledsoe , the author of UFO of God, has been having a 18 year long experience with ET consciousness.
EEG Monitoring During Orb Encounters
On Beyond Skinwalker Ranch (S1E8, aired August 1, 2023) the investigative team, including a specialist from Zeto Inc., fitted Bledsoe with an EEG headset as he “called in” orbs. The show emphasizes it was the first time an EEG captured this kind of phenomenon in real time.
They measured his brainwaves via EEG and saw surprising results! His brain waves dropped past alpha down into theta and delta during his listening/receiving understanding and connection with the intelligence.
These remarks suggest Bledsoe entered deep theta/delta trance states, typically linked with profound absorption, intuitive insight, and altered consciousness during his interactions with the orbs.
PERSONAL NOTES:
I haven’t had my brain measured but I seem to be switching between the states fast and I do have experience with plasma orbs and can feel them when they come to say hi to me, I step outside to watch them.
I am not a scientist I used chat gpt for the metrics explanation:
What does it mean?
"Intermittent trains of rhythmic activity around 40 Hz (gamma waves) with high amplitudes, sometimes exceeding 40 microvolts"
In plain English:
Your brain was creating strong, fast electrical signals (called gamma waves) around 40 times per second (40 Hz).
These signals happened in bursts (“intermittent trains”), not continuously.
The signals were unusually strong (“high amplitude”), meaning the brain was highly active and synchronized during those moments.
Gamma waves (especially around 40 Hz) are linked to:
Peak concentration and mental clarity
Heightened states of awareness or insight
Spiritual or mystical experiences
Memory recall and processing
Integration of information across different parts of the brain
Who else produces these brainwaves?
Advanced meditators, like Tibetan monks and yogis
People in deep trance, flow states, or spiritual ecstasy
Occasionally seen during lucid dreaming or peak mystical states
So what’s the big deal?
In this case, the person (an experiencer or contactee) could enter that high-level mental state voluntarily, like flipping a switch—something even trained monks often take years to master.
It suggests that something in the contact experience may have changed how their brain functions, especially in how easily they can enter states of expanded awareness.
